Sa m\u00e9thode a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se faire conna\u00eetre vers le milieu des ann\u00e9es 1990. Son succ\u00e8s est d\u00fb \u00e0 sa simplicit\u00e9, sa rapidit\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et ses r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le principe est inspir\u00e9 de la pratique de l\u2019acupuncture. Les points d\u2019acupuncture constituent la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e permettant d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9nergie des M\u00e9ridiens. La Th\u00e9orie des M\u00e9ridiens a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e selon des connaissances empiriques. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un syst\u00e8me complexe et int\u00e9gratif qui ne poss\u00e8de aucun \u00e9quivalent en m\u00e9decine occidentale, m\u00eame si certains de ses aspects semblent correspondre avec les syst\u00e8mes circulatoire, lymphatique, nerveux ou musculaire. Les acupuncteurs peuvent affirmer, \u00e0 partir de leur pratique quotidienne, que la Th\u00e9orie des M\u00e9ridiens procure une efficacit\u00e9 clinique remarquable.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le principe de cette m\u00e9thode<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La proc\u00e9dure est la mise en place d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de \u00ab\u00a0tapotage\u00a0\u00bb sur les points m\u00e9ridien, en combinant verbalement une intention et une concentration sur le probl\u00e8me \u00e9motionnel pos\u00e9. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert par\u00a0le psychologue Roger Callahan, en 1980, que si une personne se concentre sur une peur pr\u00e9cise, en combinaison avec le \u00ab\u00a0tapotage\u00a0\u00bb, cette peur peut dispara\u00eetre de fa\u00e7on d\u00e9finitive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9tant form\u00e9e a cette m\u00e9thode, je peux vous permettre de vivre cette connexion entre l\u2019esprit et le corps, afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives inutiles, tout en optimisant l\u2019\u00e9tat physiologique du corps. Cette pratique s\u2019adresse directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre naturel du corps, \u00e0 son organisation autonome qu\u2019il va pouvoir retrouver.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les effets de cette m\u00e9thode<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019EFT peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer des peurs, des d\u00e9pendances, des deuils, un manque de confiance en soi, la col\u00e8re, des angoisses, des douleurs, etc. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on \u00e9voque \u00ab\u00a0la lib\u00e9ration des \u00e9motions\u00a0\u00bb, cela permet un r\u00e9el\u00a0 l\u00e2cher-prise, une\u00a0 prise de conscience de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 des \u00e9motions et favorise un travail sur soi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En s\u00e9ance, vos \u00e9motions et tous vos ressentis pourront \u00eatre mis au travail. L\u2019accueil de ceux-ci se fait en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et bienveillance.
